I was planning on riding my bike over to the gym this morning, but it started to rain. When I walked out the door though I saw a beautiful rainbow. January 2nd and already nature provides motivation to be better. When I got to the gym I spent almost an hour on the elliptical.
When i got home I was still motivated and picked up around the pier, finding a shell.
